Hey girl,
How are we doing?
Now, October is the month we all talk about our boobs and breast cancer, right?
Well, I got sum’n to say to you today!

Unless if you are in the 1% of this world (and even if you are, girl),
Please stay away from alcohol – of all kinds including wines, beers and even those new kids on the block called “alcohol-free beers”!
That liquid destroys everything from our tongue all the way to our anus – that entire pathway, as we saw it in science class!

Keep away from somebody that’s smoking and smoking itself.
It no matter if it’s a vape, zale, shisha or ordinary weed.
Girl, we don’t want to be wheezing like an AC unit that run of the R290 and R32 gases, do you now?
Most of all,
If we’ve never had that conversation about our boobs with a doctor or any other medical personnel, now is the time, girl!
I am rooting for you!
Hey Ntemid- thanks for the encouragement and support! Those of us with Bobbie’s have much to protect.
What a great reminder! Sometimes it’s easy to forget to take care of ourselves because life just keeps going but you are absolutely right. We only have one body and we totally should take care of it.

Seriously! I had no idea alcohol consumption increases our risk of cancer. Glad I’m not a drinker – I must share this with some folks I know who are.
You are so right, October is all about raising awareness and taking care of ourselves, especially when it comes to breast cancer. I’m with you on making those healthy choices, and staying informed is definitely a big part of that!
I love this post, AND I would like to point out that men can get breast cancer, too. So protect the boobies AND the moobies!
Ths is so important for everyone, not just women. Alcohol can harm so many parts of your body!
I don’t drink, so it is good to know just how much that is important for our health. Thanks for sharing such an important message!
I have seen alcohol wreak havoc on several people over the years. It’s really no fun to watch someone suffer from the effects when they get too far gone to turn things around.
This post serves as a great reminder that us women do need to avoid things that can be associated with causing cancer. I have never smoked and rarely drink.
This is such a great post, and women really need to make sure to take their yearly mammogram, it is so important especially if you have any Breast Cancer history in your family. Don’t forget the BOOBS LADIES!!

Such a great post to remind and raise awareness! I don’t like alcohol as well, good thing I haven’t had those in a long while since handling my kids.
It’s important to learn about this. I find this article very informative and will pass it on to people around me as well. Thank you for raising awareness.
Yes, alcohol can lead to a lot of bad things. I do not recall seeing this before, though.
This is a wake-up call to me. I don’t usually drink, but lately, I have been drinking almost every week. Let’s say I am having a tough time right now.
Thank you for this reminder. It really boils down to our lifestyle to avoid these dreaded diseases.
