Those don’t usually come around often for so many people.
A good number of them who have gotten them second chances, have made very good use of them!
While a much bigger number of them haven’t made good use of their re-trials as they should have.

I always give second chances. People are flawed, and they make mistakes. Unless it’s clear that I’m dealing with a wholly unrepentant person, I will give them another shot.
