Season 3 of this show is on NOW!!!!

And….

Calls upon all of us to #BeReal as we can be

In all…in life, our lives, how we are living them, with the rest of the world, with ourselves, what we look forward to

That’s because deep down, many of us want to see that side of people or ourselves out there and not one of Instaperfection!

My sister brought this show to my notice a while back

And I thought to myself, what will hurt me if I get to watch it?

And there…I managed to watch episode 1 of season 1

It was fantabulous! For many reasons, of course

The biggest thing that appealed to me was that it largely concerned the health of women

And health is something that has always topped my list in life

A healthy mind lives in a healthy body!

Everything about it was so real

Brought to screen what nitty-gritty detail that exists and goes on in peoples’ lives

From work and the offices at Scarlett Magazine, to the not-so-happy details of individuals’ past, the relationships individuals are in, the journeys of self-discovery amongst the individuals, the dreams hopes and futures of individuals

THE BOLD TYPE – ÒIf You CanÕt Do It With FeelingÓ – Sutton is flustered when someone at Scarlet has the wrong impression of her professional background.Ê Jane is determined to prove she can have a friends with benefits relationship without feelings getting in the way.Ê And Kat and Adena continue growing closer. This episode of ÒThe Bold TypeÓ airs Monday, July 25th (9:01 – 10:02 p.m. EDT) on Freeform. (Freeform/Phillippe Bosse)

The cast itself struck the balance of reality that a big number of us want to be struck….

Where many more young people are punching through whatever barrier is standing in their way and making decisions for them and not allowing other people make them for them

The older folks, on the other hand, stand guard at the gate of patriarchy

Well, at least some of them!

THE BOLD TYPE – “Feminist Army” – Jane is excited to publish her first big piece for Incite, especially since sheÕs writing about a female CEO she admires, and she knows Jacqueline will be reading it. Sutton is thrown when a new corporate policy seems to give her and Richard the green light on their romance. And Adena grows frustrated when Kat seems too eager to flaunt their burgeoning relationship. This episode of “The Bold Type” airs Tuesday, June 12 (8:00 – 9:01 P.M. EDT) on Freeform. Young people are just not only having sex and but are also talking about it…more aggressively and openly now. Additionally, they are expressing their sexualities more and more

Making all kinds of commitments and mistakes that came along with living your life

A world where on one end, we have Twitter and Instagram and on the other, we have paper in magazines and mood-boards

And so much more, of course….just watch the show, damn it!!!

If there is something that I am reminded of whenever I watch The Bold Type, it is that I must be determined as hell to make it through….no matter what lies ahead for me

And of course, not to forget to live life as I breath in and out!

THE BOLD TYPE – “O Hell No” – In the second hour, “O Hell No,” Kat finds herself questioning her identity as she continues to spend time with Adena. Jane is horrified when she is tasked with writing Scarlet’s sex column – especially when her story turns intensely personal. And Sutton is given an opportunity to advance at Scarlet, but questions if it’s what she really wants to be doing with her life. (Freeform/Phillippe Bosse)
