Always laughing, living, loving and thinking about food. I'm so deeply concerned about health, young people, food and psychology.
Reggae gets me on another level with the way I see life and I enjoy reading.
I personally don’t think I would change my life for anything. Could things be better? Of course! But the grass is always greener!

If I could change something about the life of my mom, it would be that she would not have cancer. Sadly, she did and it caused her demise. π
πππ sorry about that.
Given the chance, I would make a world where we didn’t have to steal from anyone to help another. There is too much inequity in the world.

I do hope I would if I could. I have daydreamed about winning the lottery and the people I could help if it ever actually happened. No luck yet though.

Youβre welcome, Tracy!
I would change the ability for my dad to have more resources at his ranch where he is off grid and very secluded. I would feel blessed to be able to help him

Given the chance, I’d exercise empathy and compassion more to foster stronger relationships and build stronger communities! Which I’m currently doing right now. The sense of fulfillment and joy that comes from it is immeasurable

Your articles give me insights every time. Tonight I`ll think about chances I can give to my kids, husband, friends, etc. I want to spread kindness.

Given the chance, I’d only change one bit of my childhood where I suffered an accident that affected my self confidence in school afterward.
