I think it really is a decision as far as having time for things. There are busy days where there is absolutely no time for anything, but in general, I find that you can really make time for the things that matter.

Personally speaking, when I was working 45 hours plus a week I had no space in my life for ANYONE other than myself and my partner. My mind was frayed, and I was exhausted. Now that I’m back to working part time I have far more of myself to give to people, including my husband, and still I have time to look after myself.
