I was never afraid to date, per se, but I hated it. SO MUCH. When I found my future husband, I was equally happy that I had found the man of my dreams as I was that I’d never have to go on another awkward date again! LOL.

I have been with my husband 29 years. Dating for me was a long time ago, but much safer. I worry about young adults medically, and the scammers out there. My grandson will be dating soon. Yikes!

I can definitely relate — dating can be scary! It’s hard, at times, to put yourself out there and get to know people. To make yourself vulnerable and see if someone meshes well with your personality, but also with your life in general.

I would say many are afraid and other aren’t. It’s just so different now as to opposed to when my husband and I started dating. Folks are scary and kind of crazy now so, if I was in the dating world I would take it reallllll slow.

It todays generation and dating culture, then yes, I and others should be afraid to date. Good thing I already found the one for me back then and have 2 adorable kids.

Quite frankly, yes. You have no idea who people are or what their true intents are. Thankfully I am now married but even now I am getting to know my husband and while its not a woefully bad experience by the grace of God, sometimes I glitch a little when I learn somethings about this man and its been 6 years.
