What do you do, one day, if you disagreed with the preacher?

Always laughing, living, loving and thinking about food. I'm so deeply concerned about health, young people, food and psychology.
Reggae gets me on another level with the way I see life and I enjoy reading.
I would explain why I disagreed with the preacher and make my decision based on my own analysis, rather than simply following the crowd.

I have disagreed with my preacher many times. I think it’s important to remember that although preachers have a lot of experience with the Bible, they are not diving conduits. They are people, and people interpret things differently.

This is such a thought-provoking topic! I appreciate how you encourage open dialogue and respectful disagreement in important conversations like this.

Itβs another reason to have a discussion; a respectful discussion. If we all agreed on everything, the world would be boring. I believe preachers should see it that way too.

I will explain myself once I disagree to the preacher to explain myself to prevent misunderstanding.

I do appreciate the knowledge I get from listening to sermons. There have been times when I have disagreed with my preacher though, he is after all only human. I do my own analysis in such a case, and study the Word to get further clarification.

A preacher is like a good friend. There will be disagreements, and ups and downs. What counts is how you work through those together.

I think preachers are human and could miss something or learn new things as well. So, I would image we disagree on something but also learn from it.

Disagreeing with a preacher can happen; they are human. If it is something major, then that could be an issue, but there is a balance between respecting their position and staying true to your own values, comes into play as well. .
