When I talk of an egg, I am specifically speaking of a boiled egg. When I talk of water, it could be warm, hot or lukewarm.

When I speak of a banana, I am not talking of the little ripe banana. I am looking at the much bigger banana that is not too sweet and heavy on the tongue? If you canβt get yourself a banana, how about an apple or a slice of watermelon?

I wish I could eat eggs, I love them, but found out a couple of years ago I am allergic to them. But I have been working on drinking enough water and eating a balanced diet along with getting enough exercise. It’s important to fuel our bodies properly!
