Hey guys,
What if we celebrated Christmas every 2 years
And not every year?
Would we lose the meaning of Christmas or not?
Would we even enjoy ourselves or not?
Would we stay in our houses or protest from the outside?

Always laughing, living, loving and thinking about food. I'm so deeply concerned about health, young people, food and psychology.
Reggae gets me on another level with the way I see life and I enjoy reading.
Thatβs a really interesting question! I donβt like the idea of only doing Christmas every other year, because itβs one Iβm very fond of and itβs one of those holidays we wait all year for. Iβd hate to have to explain to any little ones why we canβt have gifts or Santa wonβt come. Itβd break my heart! But that you for the interesting post! Hadnβt commented on one of those in awhile!

I love the holiday, and I’d hate to see it go away for a year. However, I do think it might make it even more fun when it finally did roll around.

I look forward to celebrating it every year. It’s the one time of the year I know everyone in the family is going to come visit.

Well, both can be interesting but can’t wait a year haha. It will be empty. What would be if we don’t have Christmas to make us wait two years for it?
ππ well, we can always think of something.
This is such a thought provoking post! We should make every day Christmas and not place so much emphasis on the commercial side of things

Christmas is one of the holidays I look forward to the most every year, so celebrating it every 2 years might make me go crazy haha
πππΏ
Hmm, interesting idea! But I`m afraid my kids will be against it. lol Also, I really love gifts.
πππΏ
For me, it’s a religious holiday so I’ want to celebrate the birth of Christ every year. If we skipped it I think we would be missing out on so many traditions and celebrations.
πππΏ
I know people who LIVE for Christmas – it’s their favorite time of year. I could live without it. It’s fun, but it can cause a strain financially.
πππΏ
I don’t know if I would be able to do that. I think what makes it hard is the kids, if I didn’t have kids maybe it would be possible but now that I have them, I love seeing their excitement when “Santa” brings their gifts.

I would much prefer to do it that way. I honestly think it would mean more to me and many other people if it was just every two years. Here’s hoping this will be the norm someday (doubtful).

I enjoy having it once a year, it is one of my favorite times of the year because we get to see all the holiday lights and decorations which make me super happy.
πππΏ
I do think it’s the meaning but not the actual dates that matter, it’s nice to be reminded to review your goals and plan of the year though.
πππΏ
Oh, I love the holiday season and can’t imagine a year without it. But the thought is quite interesting.

Christmas is such a joyful season, I can’t imagine not celebrating it every year! Plus it’s a great time to teach my young boys about Jesus. We love decorating, singing music, and doing the advent calendar every morning!

Christmas every 2 years, well for one, it will allow us to save a lot of money and celebrate it in a much better way with our friends and family.
πππΏ
I think the majority of people would miss it if we only celebrated once every two years. It’s mostly the holiday that people wait on and really celebrate the meaning of Christmas
πππΏ
I think it means more being once a year, just like birthdays I think.
πππΏ
I’m sure we would miss celebrating Christmas. That time of year would certainly be interesting if we did not have a big celebration.
