Live…and let live
Hhhhmmmmm…
Fascinating, a statement, isn’t it?

I wonder what people mean by it
It’s like everyone has their own way of saying it and living it
And it gets trickier, there’s a diversity of living beings in the world…with all our strengths, weaknesses, behaviors, beliefs, family backgrounds, friends, aspirations
That’s where this statement gets tested best…under all the pressures that surround us

Can you ably sit down with a person, whose political views and beliefs strongly differ from yours?
Can you ably have a good conversation with somebody that practices and subscribes to a different religion than the one you do?
Can you ably sit down with a very proud person to share in some chit-chat about change?
Or even, can you ably sit next to someone that doesn’t subscribe to your sexual preferences and sexuality….all of those, without having to throw stones at them?

1 Thessalonians 5:15 says,
β€œMake sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always strive to do what is good for each other for everyone else”.

And then, there’s an all-timer…the greatest commandment… LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR, AS YOU LOVE YOURSELF (I hope I haven’t added on anything that wasn’t part of the original writing…hihi)

So, how do you live and let live?
