Before you make your presence on social media seem like it has to go through many boardroom approvals, remember that it is social media.
That word “social” means something, in this world of ours.
If you are not ready to be “social” on social media, then you have no business with us. Please stick to your boardroom whiteboard and public relations office.

It’s a great tip to keep in mind and it’s much better to start talking on social media when you’re offline so you get the hang of it and the people who met you online first won’t have that much of a whiplash.
