Always laughing, living, loving and thinking about food. I'm so deeply concerned about health, young people, food and psychology.
Reggae gets me on another level with the way I see life and I enjoy reading.
I think relying on other people to an extent is part of life and usually a good thing. You just can’t be OVER reliant.

I rely on others, and they rely on me, as well. Our lives are made up of communities and communities help one another.

I have relied on people in the past, and they’ve relied on me. I’m sure I’ll rely on people in the future. The key is to remember that getting help and being carried are two very different things.

In my opinion, it’s good to rely on somebody because life isn’t always peaches. Plus, it’s more fun going through life with a buddy than without one.

Life is hard alone. We need one another

My husband and I help rely on each other & our children rely on us! There is no shame on needing some help from time to time.

I think that no matter how much we do not want to rely on anybody, we will eventually have to — whether in physical, moral or spiritual support. It’s part of being humans. We are not born to be alone.

I have learnt the hard way that relying on people, even your mum or dad is your ticket to failure. When I figured it out – I started relying on myself.
πππΏ
I try not to rely on others personally. It tends not to work out too well. I find the most reliable person is me which is sad but true.
πππΏ
I think we all tend to relay on people. The older I get though, the more Iβm trying to only relay on myself

Very interesting topic there. I totally agree that in the end, no matter what happens you should always rely on yourself. Great share!

If that’s a question for work, I think yes, it’s part of the importance of collaboration and delegation. You need someone you could trust and rely on for better team work π

Love this! Yes, while I do rely on myself, I also love having a husband I can rely on 100% when needed. Sometimes you just need a little help!

This is such a tough thing. My parents passed away when I was in my 20s, and I have felt a bit like I am on my own. It is tough not to have a good support network.

Relying on people is important and necessary. I know some people view it as weak though.

This is interesting, I don’t want to rely on somebody. It’s not good doing that. It’s not going to be good experience. Thank you for sharing

Sometimes, relying on someone else is so hard. The article was very helpful. Thanks for sharing.

Hmmm, food for thought. There are two sides to the coin: One needs to rely on oneself before expecting something from others, OR As they say, “Help yourself by helping others.”
πππΏ
Interesting topic you got there. Self care should always be a priority in ones life and part of it is relying on yourself instead of others.
