We have an American version of βThe Cleaning Ladyβ!
I have never watched the original series out of Argentina but having watched two episodes of the American version, I am so tempted to go back and binge on it!

What started out as a life of hardship
Being that βThonyβ De La Rosa is βliving illegallyβ (I am yet to fully understand how somebody can be illegal) in the United States with her very ill and medically-delicate son, Luca and her friend-become-sister, βFionaβ De La Rosa since her visa to the States expired.
Just gets harder and more complicated and terrifying
As you will see for yourself, in a little bit!

That is because Thony is now on the payroll of a very powerful cartel with Arman Morales being the cartelβs second-in-command!
I guess you will best decide where to place Arman, on the scale of humanity and human beings…

One time, at a gig she had gotten done cleaning up a fight arena, at a fight-night, she unwantedly witnesses the murder of Theo, her friend and a fight night brokerβ¦by the son of this same cartelβs boss we are talking about!
So, to spare her life, she βoffersβ to clean up the bloody mess that was spilled over.

Damnβ¦.that girl does an excellent job at cleaning.
She says she prides herself in her work!
I presume you have watched some crime dramas and you know how these things workβ¦.once you are in, there is no leaving!
And that is exactly what happens in this situation with “The Cleaning Lady”, too.

Little does she know that the Feds are onto her, as well since their informant Theo is nowhere to be found and yet, they have a hunch she was the last person to see him aliveβ¦
Of course, led by the overly-zealous Agent Miller.
Now, I am not sure if she will come clean to the Feds or the cartel first!
