Given how the world moves,
It is so much better to do today what you intended to do than waiting for another time to come.
You may only live in complete regret for not having done something; what could have been or what could not have been!

Regret is a jail cell.
It will suffocate you with all these questions and scenarios of perhaps what life could have turned out.
It will have you running back in time to grab at the very thin winds of time!
Most of all, regret will make you sick to the tummy thinking and worrying about missed opportunities.

You had better do the needful.
I trust you.
You have been trained well!

Always laughing, living, loving and thinking about food. I'm so deeply concerned about health, young people, food and psychology.
Reggae gets me on another level with the way I see life and I enjoy reading.
Thank you for the inspiration and wise words. Being a procrastinator, I can relate to how one feels when they don’t ‘just do it!’

That is so true. You can put things off until you look back on a lifetime of regrets.

I am not a procrastinator by nature, I like to get things done. Sometimes it drives my husband crazy because when I get an idea I jump all in immediately!

Yes, this is especially true with personal achievement. I know people who said again and again that they always wanted to go skydiving, climb a tall mountain, etc but they never did so and with age creeping up, it may be too late now.

I have always loved the saying βnever put off until tomorrow what you can do today!β I try to live by that and get things done quick.

You are so right that regret can be like being in jail! I try to always stretch myself to do new things. Regret is one of the worse feelings. Very good reminder of a post.

I am a procrastinator especially when nightfall hits. But I also believe in trying to complete tasks because it does give you a feeling of accomplishment and how I like to do this is by writing things down. Crossing things off my list just feels so satisfying!

Yes, I absolutely agree with those sentiments. Regrets are definitely so hard to live with.

I’m the worst procrastinator. Thanks for the prod to get my act together!

I like your thought – Regret is a jail cell. I have many ideas and wishes for 2024, and I hope I’ll have enough energy to complete my goals. I want to try to do it!
πππ½
I try to always be proactive and seize the day. Iβm not much of a procrastinator – I like to finish a task and be done with it.
πππ½
It isn’t a good thing to live with regret. Sometimes you need to bite the bullet and go for things.
πππ½
Inother words, don’t procrastinate!

I totally agree with you, we should do things today and never wait. This is a great reminder for people. Great post!

Regret is a heavy burden to carry, and it’s always better to seize the moment and do what you need to do today. Waiting for the perfect time might lead to missed opportunities and a lot of what-ifs. It’s important to trust yourself and take action when it’s necessary. Thanks for sharing this!

I like the visuals you’ve chosen, including the images and layout. They are not just illustrations; they’re a visual symphony that complements the depth of your words.

I believe this is a great reminder that all of us should keep in mind. It has been a pleasure reading your words of wisdom and inspiration.
