Higgins: Magnum, this better be an emergency

Magnum: Believe it or not Higgins, this qualifies as an emergency. I’m actually 10 feet up a tree, right now.

Higgins: Lemme guess….the lads?

Magnum: Yeah; you gotta call them off! I’ve a meeting I’ve gotta get to.

Higgins: What happened to your dog whistler app?

Magnum: It expired. They wanted 3.99$ a month. C’mon, it’s crazy.

Higgins: Now, it has cost you a 19$ cocktail.

Magnum: Actually, I charged it to your room. Hey, how about I put you on speaker?

“The Long Way Home” — When an Army ranger goes missing after returning from deployment, Magnum learns of the traumatic news he received coming home and must find him before survivor’s guilt consumes him. (Zeus and Apollo are now barking from the ground, aiming to grab Magnum).

Magnum: Here guys….talk to mum.

Higgins: Zeus….Apollo…inside!

Magnum: Hahaha….that actually worked! Hey, can I get that in voice memo?

(The two dogs take heed and head back inside the house).

Higgins: No, enough Magnum! What I asked for, was two days of peace and quiet. You promised you can handle it.

Magnum: I can handle it. I found you, didn’t I?

Higgins: How did you track me down? How did you know where I would be staying?

Magnum: Well, you know, you are kind of a bougie. Your boyfriend is a doctor and I figured I call the most expensive hotel in Aawahu. I found you…..

Well, this dialogue is from a conversation between Magnum and Higgins, in the 10th episode of season 3 of what is the new and fresh Magnum P.I.

These two are ex-Special Forces soldiers who live in Hawaii, as private investigators.

They basically do the kind of work that the police won’t do, because of “procedure” or some other (weak) reason!

You know how the cops get!

Having their base at the Nest, a luxurious home given to them by Robin Masters, a former client of theirs who grew to become their friend,

They balance the scales of justice for anybody that they get to take on.

From doing pro-bono cases to taking on huge-money cases.

They don’t do this all alone….

They get assistance from many of their friends….that include a cop! (hihi)

Detective Katsumoto….he gets to do the cops’ part at the Hawaii police department and also, runs endless favours for Magnum.

Good man, if you ask me.

On many other occasions, Magnum’s “smaller” friend from the army days, Rick

Will offer his assistance in form of intelligence gathering (this guy knows at least one person on the entire island that does something), shooting down targets (he is one fine sniper) or use his bar as a strategic base of operations.

“No Way OutÓ Ð After Magnum, Higgins and TC try to pull one over on the Customs Agent to get HigginsÕ green card, armed gunmen with an unknown motive storm the federal building and start taking hostages, on MAGNUM P.I., Friday, Dec 18 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. This is where TC comes in…(Magnum’s “bigger” friend)

Need a chopper for that quick follow-up on a lead, he’s your guy!

In the navy, he was the helicopter guy, everyone needed!

On the island, he runs his own chopper service.

“I Saw The Sun Rise” — Jay Hernandez stars as Thomas Magnum in a modern take on the classic series about a decorated former Navy SEAL who, upon returning home from Afghanistan, repurposes his military skills to become a private investigator in Hawaii, on the series premiere of MAGNUM P.I., Monday, Sept. 24 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Shammy, he’s the best mechanic you can find on the island, we are told

He too, served in the army but due to a grave injury, he had to be written off.

He made a name for himself, as the guy that knew every name of every nut and bolt in the Humvee before he even joined the army!

ÒThe Day Danger Walked InÓ Ð As a major hurricane hits the Island, Magnum and his friends find shelter inside La Mariana, along with two armed killers also escaping the dangerous storm. Also, Rick must confess to TC that he let the insurance lapse on the bar, on MAGNUM P.I., Friday, Jan. 15 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Roger E. Mosley, who played TC in the original ÒMagnum, P.I.,Ó returns as Booky. Pictured: Christopher Thornton as Kenny “Shammy” Shamberg Photo: Karen Neal/CBS ©2020 CBS Broadcasting, Inc. And then, there’s Kuomu

She is what you can call, the most emotionally intelligent person of them all!

I think it’s because of the accumulated sum of life experiences she has had, that have molded her into the person that she is!

This is a comedy show that sometimes gets “real” all the time

And gets you thinking about creating that bond with someone or some people, in your life.

Because here, your life bonds are your worth!
