I am a slow mover too. I feel exactly as you say. The faster you move the more you may not notice. So many people move this way and miss out.
I personally like to take things slowly but surely. Rushing things will have a high chance of regrets in the end because you didn’t take your time to think about the whole situation / scenario.
Life is not a race. it’s a journey.
